Dear Nowra Rotarians, Christmas is getting closer and closer and I can’t wait to try all of the different Danish Christmas traditions. The wintertime has really set in and things have changed a lot, the house has now been filled with loads of different decorations and a few lights out the front of the house.

More than 41,000 Australian men die each year from preventable disease, and given high blood pressure, diabetes and cholesterol generally have no apparent symptoms until it's too late, it has never been more important for men to get a health check.
